The dress is gorgeous! It’s very comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that the only tightening you can do is the belt so the dress itself runs a little bigger. But I felt like royalty wearing the dress!
I bought this in black for a renn faire costume this year. And wow! It was flowy, flouncy, and elegant. It was immediately and easily stylish. But best of all, it was COMFY. The fabric was soft and only slightly heavy given how much of it there is. Nothing stuck out or rubbed funny. It didn't cost nearly as many spoons as other costumes do! Also, the pockets! They were the perfect size! The thigh slits were fun and flirty without being a worry. My own problem was I ordered too big of a size! (I thought I'd size up just in case and then had also expected some weight gain before summer which didn't happen for once, oops. I ended up taking some time and shrinking it myself over several hot water washes.) They really do mean it when they say they are great with plus sizing! I legit want to order so much more!
This dress was so much nicer than I expected. The size was perfect and the quality is wonderful.
2x Majolica blue Serenity Maxi. Zipper in back. Fits beautifully and is fun. I bought it for my niece's engagement party in December. Received it in 5th week after ordered. Neckline is wider than expected. Since I would wear it in cold weather, pairing it with Blue Hydrangea Marion chemise, which I love. Too excited to try it on before steaming out the wrinkles. Would recommend this design for special occassions.
